Get 1 on 1 personalized care. We start off by taking a deep dive into your medical history, where I get to learn about your health concerns throughout your lifetime. We will focus on optimizing diet & lifestyle, doing functional lab testing, and coming up with an individualized treatment plan, suited to your lifestyle. We’ll work to get to the root cause of your problems, rather than masking up your symptoms. The goal is to get you symptom free by getting to the root cause and truly listening to you and your concerns.
1 Hour New Patient Visit: $425 | 15-30 Minute Visits: $175-$225
Function Health Lab Review
If you just want a closer set of eyes on your lab tests, or more information on what your lab tests indicate, a lab review or health optimization can be performed. Based on results, a specific supplement regime or nutritional guidance will be given. Common functional lab tests include: Function Health comprehensive labs, gut microbiome testing, urine hormone testing, food sensitivity testing, a micronutrient panel and advanced blood work. This is a one time visit and lab testing must be completed prior to the visit

An MD is trained to diagnose and treat disease, usually with medication or surgery. An ND is trained to do that same clinical workup, order the same labs, but then work on getting to the root cause. Additionally we work with diet, supplementation and medication whenever necessary.

I don't bill insurance directly, but my services are FSA and HSA eligible. Most patients use those funds to cover consultations, testing, and supplements. I can provide a superbill on request if you'd like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

We go through your full history, not just your current symptoms. That includes past labs, medications, diet, stress, sleep, and anything you've already tried. By the end of the first visit, you'll have a clear picture of what the roadmap to healing looks like.

Conventional medicine is built to rule out disease, so standard labs are designed to catch red flags, not to optimize. Functional testing looks at ranges built for prevention and optimization, not just disease detection.

Women who've been told their labs are fine but know something is off. That includes PCOS/PMOS, hormonal acne, eczema, hair loss, gut issues like IBS, SIBO, and bloating. For individuals focused on longevity and health optimization.

Depending on your case, this can include a GI-MAP for gut health, a DUTCH test for comprehensive hormone mapping, comprehensive thyroid panels, food sensitivity testing, and micronutrient panels. Testing is always tailored to your specific symptoms.

"Normal" on a conventional panel does not mean "optimal." I look at where you fall within the range, not just whether you're in it, and cross-reference against symptoms, functional ranges, and patterns conventional medicine doesn't typically screen for.
